I took a trip to the Poconos for the Berserkerus Festival and somehow ended up having a drink with Al Pitrelli—guitarist for Trans-Siberian Orchestra and former member of Megadeth, Savatage, and Alice Cooper’s band. Not a bad way to spend a road trip.
In this episode, I get into the festival, the trip, meeting Al, and what happened when we sat down for a drink.
I also talk about my sticker guitar, the story behind it, and Hurricane Helene—because apparently a music festival, a guitar covered in stickers, a hurricane, and drinking with Al Pitrelli all belong in the same episode.
