It’s hard to believe October is here! Where has the time gone? It has been a busy few weeks.. Things are going great with the new project, plus I am back on the air on the weekends recording a show for WHOG 95.7 in Daytona Beach, FL. I am picking up Sunday mornings 6am-12pm. It is just fun to be back on the air again. It has been just over 1 year since KDKB flipped formats and I was out of a job.. So I am pretty stoked to be on in Florida for the first time in my career. I checked out Motorhead and Anthrax last weekend at the House of Blues .. My quick review.. Anthrax is always solid.. Great band.. Sounds awesome.. Always worth seeing. Motorhead on the other hand as of Lemmy’s on going health problems are just not worth it to me. After seeing them a few times over the past 10 years it is honestly kind of sad seeing Lemmy still performing. I truly believe if he wasn’t playing he would die pretty quick. I think the shows are what keep him going. I love Motorhead, I just wish Lemmy was in better health at this point. If Mickey Dee wasn’t in the band there really is no reason to see them live. That dude is just a kick ass drummer and can play like no other when it comes to Rock n Roll.
